SPUMANT VIU is an exclusive wine with a winemaking history of over 500 years, inspired by the traditional Pétillant Naturel or PetNat method, known even before the famous Champagne. This unique sparkling wine revives a forgotten recipe, offering a refined drink, worthy of Kings and Queens. With a natural primary fermentation done directly in the bottle, without filtration, and without the addition of sulfites, sugar, or yeasts, SPUMANT VIU impresses with its rich tropical fruit aroma and fine bubbles. The wine is light and refreshing, with a crisp and elegant acidity, made from Feteasca Regală and Chardonnay grape varieties. The 2023 harvest is presented in a limited edition of only 351 bottles.
