Chardonnay

The white dry wine, straw-coloured. The aroma is expressed by notes of ripe fruits and wildflowers. The taste is fresh, with notes of pear, followed by a citrus note and a hint of white pepper, with a refreshing and elegant acidity. The exposure in the barriques gave the wine nobility and harmony. It goes well with summer salads, cheese, risotto, grilled fish and vegetables.
