Pinot Noir & Rara Neagra

Dry red wine. “Salut” is a greeting shared in both French and Romanian, and our blend unites France and Moldova: the noble Pinot Noir and the lively Rara Neagră. The first brings elegance, velvety tannins and delicate fruit; the second — freshness, vibrancy and local character.

Color — light ruby. On the nose — raspberry, sour cherry, pink pepper and violet notes. On the palate — medium body, smooth tannins, refreshing acidity and a gentle finish with a fruity accent. A wine of greeting, a wine of encounter.

Perfect with herb‑seasoned duck, grilled veal, vegetable pasta and soft cheeses.
