VINUM estate sparkling wine is a refined wine, crafted using the traditional Champagne method, with yeast aging. The meticulous work of taming the bubbles has allowed us to create a delicate, aromatic sparkling drink that will bring a festive touch to any day. The 2022 vintage, made from Feteasca Regală and Chardonnay, stands out with its bright, straw-like color and prolonged, fine bubbles. The aroma features tropical fruits, spicy herbs, and meadow herbs with hints of lime, while the taste is fresh, offering a crisp and elegant acidity.
