Elegant red dry wine, ruby color. Moderate aroma of plum, black cherry, vanilla, black and white pepper, followed by aromas of leather and tobacco, specific to this grape. The taste is fresh, balanced and rounded. After aging in a barrique, the wine became soft and velvety. We recommend it with game meat, lamb, beef and Parmesan, Cheddar and Roquefort cheeses.
