Feteasca Neagra

Elegant dry red wine, of an intense ruby colour. Moderate aroma of plum, black cherry, vanilla and pepper. The taste is fresh, balanced and rounded. Maturation in the bottle brought complex animal flavours. After aging in barriques, the wine acquired softness and velvety. It is recommended with roast beef or lamb. Also with Parmesan, Cheddar, or Roquefort cheeses.
