Dry red wine. Color: deep ruby, almost inky — a hallmark of this teinturier grape. We kept the focus on fruit: aromas of blackberry, dark‑skinned cherry plum and blueberry, with dried thyme and a light peppery note in the background. On the palate — taut, refreshing acidity, a medium‑to‑full body and structured tannins that underline the variety’s power without heaviness. A clean, dry, spicy‑berry finish.

Serve with charcoal‑grilled lamb, herb‑scented beef ragù, pilaf, roasted eggplant and aged semi‑hard cheeses.
