Cabernet Sauvignon

Dry red wine with a deep dark ruby colour. Classic aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, ripe plum and black cherry; notes of cedar and spice from oak. Full-bodied and well-structured, firm yet velvety tannins, dark fruit and cocoa. Long, persistent finish.

Pairs with: ribeye or T-bone steak, slow-roasted lamb shoulder, game (venison, wild boar), hard cheeses aged 18+ months (parmigiano, aged cheddar, pecorino romano), dark chocolate fondant.
