Dry red wine with a light ruby hue. Subtle but extremely complex nose: red forest fruit, plum, flowers, spice, herbs, leather, hints of oak and earth. Elegant and expressive structure. Lightly textured tannins, moderate acidity, a fine touch of sweetness.

Pairs with: Pairs with: duck confit with lentils, truffle mushrooms, grilled lamb chop, salmon with cream sauce, quality aged soft cheeses (munster, époisses, brie de Meaux), foie gras.
